Dr Soobrah is a registered Breast Surgeon in Mauritius and has worked in several Breast Units across the UK. He routinely performs ultrasound guided biopsies of breast lumps and axillary lymph nodes; this technique increases diagnostic accuracy and minimises unnecessary open surgery. He has performed more than 300 breast cancer operations to date.

Dr Soobrah has several publications and presentations at International conferences covering wide ranging topics. Awarded the “Teaching Excellence Award” and the “Local Teaching Hero Award” by Imperial College London.
