Dear Shareholders,

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am very pleased to share with you our latest financial results.

The financial year was marked by the reopening of the bordersin October 2021, a long-awaited event for our country. Mauritius had to face a mini-resurgence of Covid-19 cases which affected C-Care operations on the traditional activity, but we managed to play an active role in supporting our Covid patients when needed. We also had to face other challenges due to the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic and the economic repercussions of the Russo-Ukrainian conflict, which has led to significative inflationary pressures as well as bottlenecks in the supply chain of certain commodities.
