The pre-counseling desk is responsible for providing patients and their families with information about the C-Care’s services, policies, and procedures. This includes information about admission and discharge processes, insurance coverage, and any other relevant information.

ASSISTING WITH PAPERWORK

The staff at the pre-counseling desk will help patients and their families complete any necessary paperwork, including admission forms, insurance forms, and consent forms.

ANSWERING QUESTIONS

The pre-counseling desk staff is trained to answer any questions patients or their families may have about their medical care, treatment options, and any other concerns they may have.
